摘要 详细介绍北美铁路最佳钢轨打磨策略。从中总结出以下主要结论:(1)在不同服役条件下,不同材质钢轨裂纹处于稳定发展阶段的时间决定了科学的预防性打磨周期,裂纹深度决定了最经济磨耗速率;(2)应对不同磨耗状态的轮对进行应力分析,并以此设计钢轨的最佳打磨廓形,最佳打磨廓形并非一成不变,应根据条件变化及时更新;(3)处理严重轨面RCF伤损时,渐进式预防性打磨比修理性打磨更具经济性;(4)应对曲线下股钢轨非工作边进行适当打磨,避免与假性轮缘发生高应力接触,产生严重伤损与变形;(5)应用高强度钢轨可有效延长钢轨打磨周期,减少金属打磨量,应在新轨上道不久后对其进行廓形打磨,实现轮轨共形接触;(6)最佳钢轨打磨策略是通过预防性钢轨打磨与合理润滑、轨顶摩擦系数控制有机配合实现的。 The best strategy of rail grinding in North American railway is described in detail. The following conclusions are drawn:(1) In different service conditions, the time of stable development of rail cracks of different materials determines the scientific preventive grinding cycle, and the depth of crack determines the most economic wear rate.(2) Stress analysis of wheelsets with different wear conditions is carried out, and the best grinding profile of rail is designed. The best grinding profile is not invariable and should be updated in time according to the conditions.(3) The progressive damage prevention is more economic than repairing grinding when dealing with severe rail RCF damage.(4) The non-working sides of the rails under the curve should be properly polished to avoid high stress contact with the false flange, preventing that results in serious damage and deformation.(5) The application of high strength rail can effectively prolong the grinding period of rail and reduce the amount of metal grinding. The contour of the new rail should be polished shortly after the new rail lying, so as to achieve the conformal contact between wheel and rail.(6) The best strategy of rail grinding is achieved through the organic coordination of preventive rail grinding, reasonable lubrication and rail top friction coefficient control.
