国外典型都市圈市域铁路发展及启示

Development of Suburban Railways in Typical Metropolitan Circles outside China

在我国市域铁路加快发展的背景下,分析东京、巴黎和纽约都市圈轨道交通的发展概况,总结其市域铁路的发展特点。在此基础上,对我国市域铁路建设和发展提出相关建议:尽快开展并完善市域铁路发展规划;完善管理机制,清晰界定市域铁路与地方政府的职责;注重与市内交通的换乘衔接;按需设站、灵活设站;采用灵活的运营组织方式等,为促进我国市域铁路发展提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of suburban railways in China, this paper looks at rail transit development in Tokyo, Paris and New York metropolitan areas and gives a summary of the development of suburban railways. It also puts forward suggestions for developing suburban railways in China, including formulating development programs, improving management mechanism, defining the roles played by suburban railways and local governments, improving transfers between the suburban railway and the in-city transport, establishing stations in a flexible way and according to needs and acquiring flexible organization of train operation, to provide a reference for developing suburban railways in China.
