摘要
结合济宁市煤炭工业发展的基础和优势,从现代产业体系、绿色生态体系、科技创新体系、政策保障体系4个方面,提出济宁市煤炭工业新旧动能转换发展的总体方向,并从煤炭主业发展、非煤产业突破以及创新体系建设,进行济宁市煤炭工业新旧动能转换发展路径研究。
Combining the foundation and advantages of the development of coal industry in Jining, from four aspects of modern industrial system, green ecological system, scientific and technological innovation system and policy guarantee system, the overall development direction of the new and old kinetic energy conversion was put forward. And from the development of main coal industry, the breakthrough of non-coal industry and the construction of innovation system, the research on the development path of new and old kinetic energy conversion of coal industry in Jining was carried out.
