从新旧动能转换内涵认识出发,分析新旧动能提出背景、特征以及对煤炭企业发展的启示,探讨煤炭企业立足煤炭主业,从旧动能改造和新动能培育两个方面推动新旧转换的基本思路,提出了科技创新驱动、装备升级加力、内部管控强基、融资渠道扩展、优质资源获取、跨界多元发展、资本优化推动等措施,并对新旧动能转化相关优惠政策进行梳理,为煤炭企业推动新旧动能转换提供参考。

Starting from the understanding of the connotation of new and old kinetic energy conversion, this paper analyzed the background and characteristics of new and old kinetic energy and its enlightenment to the development of coal enterprises, discussed the basic ideas for coal enterprises to promote the new and old kinetic energy conversion from the aspects of old kinetic energy transformation and new kinetic energy cultivation based on the main business of coal, and puts forward measures such as the drive of technological innovation, equipment upgrading, strengthening the internal control, financing channel expansion, and high-quality resource acquisition, the multi-development across borders and the promotion of capital optimization. And the related preferential policies were sorted out to provide reference for coal enterprises to promote new and old kinetic energy conversion.
