Marginal CO_2 abatement costs estimation for coal enterprises

摘要 参照非参数方向距离函数(Directional Distance Function,以下简称DDF)方法与数据包络分析法,基于神华集团2011—2016年主要投入产出数据,构建能够综合反映该集团碳排放绩效及边际减排成本的DDF模型,估算了2020年CO_2的边际碳减排成本,为其自身CO_2减排的实施、碳排放权价格确定的等提供相应的理论支持。 Refering to the non-parametric Direction Distance Function method and the data envelopment analysis method, based on the main input and output data of Shenhua Group from 2011 to 2016, a DDF model that comprehensively reflected the carbon emission performance and marginal abatement cost of the group was constructed. The marginal carbon abatement cost of CO2 in 2020 was estimated, which provided theoretical support for Shenhua Group to implement CO2 emission reduction and determine the price of carbon emission permits in CO2.
