Analysis on the implementation of mixed ownership reform in state-owned coal enterprises under the new situation

以股权结构与公司治理关系分析为基础,提出了在国有煤炭企业混合所有制改革中,通过优化股权结构建立有效制衡的法人治理结构的基本方式,并进一步研究了企业在混改中实施市场化选聘经理层成员和员工持股计划的基本方式,为国有煤炭企业实施混合所有制改革提供借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the relationship between ownership structure and corporate governance, this paper put for- ward the basic way to establish an effective corporate governance structure by optimizing the ownership structure in the mixed ownership reform of state-owned coal enterprises. And studied the basic ways of market-oriented selection of managers and em- ployee stock ownership plan in the mixed ownership reform of state-owned coal enterprises, which provided reference for the state-owned coal enterprises to implement mixed ownership reform.
