摘要
结合煤矿员工工作的特殊性,系统分析了煤矿工人所反映的现实问题,研究出一套针对M矿切实可行的"三环一化"精细化管理制度及考核办法体系,并对煤炭行业经济形势"新常态"下的煤矿管理模式升级进行了前瞻性预测,展望了未来煤矿创新管理制度的发展趋势。
Combined with the particularity of the work of coal mine employees, this paper systematically analyzed the practi- cal problems reflected by coal miners and developed a set of feasible " Three Cycles and One Routinization " fine manage- ment system and assessment method system for M mine. And the predictions were made on the upgrade of coal mine manage- ment mode in the finure under the new normal economic form of coal industry, the future development trend of coal mine in- novation management system was looked forward.
