Research on demand-driven equipment support capability construction in the new situation

针对装备保障能力建设过程中目标不够明确,与实际需求相脱节等现实问题,本文从需求牵引的角度出发,以装备作战任务为依托,以装备保障任务为输入,分析保障能力需求方案与建设方案生成过程,提出部队和动员保障能力建设实施流程,探索保障能力建设方法手段,初步形成装备保障能力建设工作机制。

To solve the realistic problems of target ambiguity and mismatch with demand in the process of equipment support capability construction, this article, based on the equipment operational mission and taking the equipment support task as input, analyzes the generative process of support capability demand scheme and support capability construction scheme, puts forward implementation process of military and mobilization support capability construction, explores the method of capability building, and designs an initial working mechanism of equipment support capability construction.
