基于LabVIEW的汽轮发电机组轴承动态标高测量系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 汽轮发电机组轴承标高是影响轴承荷载的最主要的因素之一,为了准确测量出汽轮发电机组轴系各轴承的动态标高,基于LabVIEW开发出了汽轮发电机组轴承动态标高的测量系统。该测量系统具有信号采集、信号处理、数值转换、数据保存和数据回放功能。采用实验方法对轴承动态标高测量系统的性能进行了验证,实验结果表明,该测量系统是准确、可靠的。 In order to accurately measure the dynamic elevation of each bearing of the turbine generator set, the measurement system of the dynamic elevation of the turbine generator set is developed based on Lab VIEW, which is one of the most important factors affecting the bearing load of the turbine generator set. The measurement system consists of the following parts: signal acquisition, signal processing, numerical conversion, data storage and data playback. The experimental results obtained in this paper show that the measurement system is accurate and reliable.
