The Coupled Multi-field Numerical Analysis of Industrial Waste Heat Boiler

摘要 采用数值分析方法对余热锅炉内多场耦合进行分析,以实际运行参数为边界条件,通过现场测量验证模型正确性,余热锅炉磨损、结渣等情况与烟气速度场、温度场及颗粒轨迹分布有密切联系,结论所得出容易造成结渣位置与实际生产相符合,烟尘处于熔融状态且与水冷壁接触较多位置最容易造成结渣。 The coupled multi-field in the waste heat boiler was researched by numerical simulation. The simulation set the actual operation parameters as boundary condition, and verified the correctness of the model through the field measurement. The formation of slag and abrasion are closely linked to the distribution of flow field, temperature field,and particle trajectory field, the easy casing slag positions according to the analysis of the numerical simulation are matched to the slag positions in actual operation. The water wall that has more chances to contact with the molten dust is easy to the formation of slag.
