摘要
一种取消了汽轮机高压启动油泵的系统改进,克服了汽轮机启动过程中由于高压启动油泵故障造成机组无法启动的缺陷。同时也节约了成本,减少了机组启动过程的操作步序。主要对系统改造的方式及改造后的挂闸操作进行了详细说明。本次改造主要对高压启动油泵的启动作用进行了替换,因此对非氢冷机组的应用有一定的实际意义。
A canceled turbine high pressure start oil pump system improvement, overcome the turbine start due to the high pressure in the process of start oil pump fault caused the defects of the unit cannot be started. At the same time also save the cost and reduce the unit operation steps of the process of the order. The system transformation and the modified tripping operation is discussed. The transformation mainly on the high voltage start oil pump to replace the starting role,so the application of the non-hydrogen cooling unit has a certain practical significance.
