摘要
针对某2×150 MW燃煤机组进行NDC(Net Dependable Capacity,机组或电厂的净可靠能力)试验研究。在MCR工况下,调整机组参数,降低厂用电率,通过在线监测和手工实测相结合的方式,连续96 h,测试机组净出力能否达到合同值。试验结果表明,基于合同规定的试验条件下,机组净可靠容量满足合同要求。
The experimental research of NDC(Net Dependable Capacity, the net dependable capacity for the unit or the plant) for 2×150 MW coal-fired power plant was done. On MCR condition, the test performed for consecutive 96 hours by the way of combining online monitoring and manual measurement, to verify whether the net power output attains the values specified in the contract, under adjustment range of unit parameters and effectively reducing power consumption rate. The test results showed that the net dependable capacity of units meet the contract requirements.
