燃油泵蜗壳组件厌氧胶涂覆品质的超声检测

摘要 为了避免蜗壳组件在使用过程中因厌氧胶涂覆品质的不良而引发碰磨故障的问题,提出了采用超声特征扫描技术对厌氧胶涂覆品质进行检测。设计制作了5个蜗壳组件试样,在完成对试样的检测后,使用超声回波的幅值特征进行成像显示,并利用软件的统计功能对厌氧胶的涂覆品质进行评估。结果表明,利用超声特征扫描成像系统能够有效检测蜗壳组件厌氧胶的涂覆品质。 In order to avoid rub and impact caused by the poor thread adhesive coating quality in the use of volute casing components,a method of nondestructive testing on the thread joint surface based on the ultrasonic feature scanning was proposed.Five volute casing components samples were designed and manufactured.After the test of the sample was finished,the amplitude characteristic of the ultrasonic echo was used for imaging and the thread adhesive coating quality was evaluated by using the statistical function of the software.The experimental result indicated that the ultrasonic feature scan imaging system can be used to detect the thread adhesive coating quality of volute casing components effectively.
