摘要
针对某新建全流程现代钢铁企业检化验中心成品物理试验室拉伸试验当前运行的实际情况,从人员、机器、原料、方法、环境等5个方面重点分析了该物理试验室从接收拉伸样坯到试验数据发送的全过程中对试验精度有影响的因素。结果表明:操作人员、设备、材料、检测方法、试验条件等均对试验结果的准确性存在不同程度的影响。针对这些影响,提出了改进建议,以提高测试结果的准确性。
In view of the actual running situation on the tensile test at the finished product physical laboratory of a new modern process inspection center for iron and steel enterprises,from five aspects,such as man,machine,material,method and environment,the factors that affect the test accuracy of the physical laboratory during the whole process from receiving the tensile specimens to the test data transmission were analyzed.The results show that operators,equipments,materials,testing methods and test conditions all had different effects on the accuracy of the test results.In response to these effects,improvement suggestions were put forward to improve the accuracy of the test results.
