“五常法”在药房冷链管理中的应用

Application of "Five Routine Working Regulation" in the Management of Pharmacy Cold Chain

目的:通过"五常法"提高石河子大学医学院第一附属医院冷藏药品冷链管理的水平,保证患者用药安全。方法:运用"五常法",即常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范及常自律,加强冷藏药品在验收入库、储存、调剂、配送等环节的管理,并健全冷藏药品的冷链管理制度。结果:通过"五常法"医务人员意识到冷链管理的重要性,建立和完善了药品冷链管理规范,杜绝了冷藏药品"断链"现象的发生,保障了患者的用药安全。结论:运用"五常法"增强了我院医务人员的冷链意识和冷链管理水平,药房内部冷链管理基本规范,但全院范围的冷链管理还有待进一步提高。

Objective： To improve the level of cold chain management of refrigerated drugs and to ensure the safety of patients＇ medication by ＂five routine working regulation＂. Methods： The ＂five routine working regulations＂, that is to structurise, systematise, sanitise, standardise and keep self-discipline routinely, was applied to strengthen the management of refrigerated drugs in the aspects of inspection, storage, distribution and others, and to improve the cold chain management system of refrigerated drugs. Results： With the practice of ＂five routine working regulation＂, medical staff become more aware of the importance of cold chain management. The drug cold chain management has been established and improved, which could prevent the occurrence of the ＂broken chain＂ phenomenon of frozen drugs and ensure the safety of patients＇ medication. Conclusion： The application of ＂five routine working regulations＂ has enhanced the cold chain consciousness of medical staff and the cold chain management level of our hospital. The cold chain management of internal pharmacy meets the basic specifications, but the hospital-wide cold chain management still needs to be further improved.
