湖北省十堰市高校大学生对艾滋病防治知识认知及态度的调查研究

Investigation and study of knowledge and attitude towards AIDS prevention and control among college students in Shiyan City of Hubei Province

目的对十堰市高校大学生对艾滋病防治知识的认知情况及对艾滋病态度进行调查研究,为十堰市高校大学生的艾滋病干预及防治工作提供科学的依据和参考。方法对十堰市4所高校学生采用分层整群抽样的方法,采用自制的问卷对接受调查者进行问卷调查,并对数据应用统计软件进行数据分析。结果十堰市4所高校大学生艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率为84.2%,3种主要传播途径中经血液或血制品途径传播知晓率最高,医学专业知晓率较其他专业知晓率高;36.8%调查者对于艾滋病存在恐惧心理,43.4%表示不愿意接纳艾滋病病人。结论十堰市大学生对艾滋病防治知识存在一定的误区或认识不够全面,对于艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育需要加强,提高宣传的有效性、科技性、针对性,纠正不良的性观念,提高安全套使用率,逐步消除学生对艾滋病的恐惧心理。

Objective To investigate the knowledge and attitudes of AIDS prevention and control among college students in Shiyan City, and provide scientific basis and reference for the prevention and intervention of AIDS among university students in Shiyan. Methods The method of stratified cluster sampling was applied to the students of four universities in Shiyan City. The self-made questionnaire was used to survey the respondents and the data were analyzed by statistical software. Results The overall awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among 4 universities in Shiyan City was 84. 2%. The highest rate of awareness among the three major routes of transmission was through blood or blood products, and the awareness rate of medical professionals was higher than that of other professions; 36.8% of the respondents had fear of AIDS, and 43.4% said they were reluctant to accept AIDS patients. Conclusion There are certain misunderstandings or understandings about the knowledge of AIDS prevention and control among college students in Shiyan City. There is a need to strengthen the propaganda and education of AIDS prevention and control knowledge, to increase the effectiveness, scientificity and pertinency of advocacy. It is recommended to correct bad sexual concepts, increase the condom usage, and gradually eliminate students＇ fear of AIDS.
