摘要
目的探索高效液相色谱串联原子荧光仪测定菇类中砷(包括三价砷、二甲基砷、一甲基砷、五价砷)的形态分析方法。方法用高效液相色谱串联原子荧光仪对菇类(10宗)中的砷进行测定。结果高效液相色谱串联原子荧光仪对菇类中的砷(包括三价砷、二甲基砷DMA、一甲基砷MMA、五价砷)回收率分别在90.0%~102.0%范围内,检出限分别为0.038、0.054、0.075、0.068μg/L,相对标准偏差分别为1.9%~4.2%。结论用高效液相色谱串联原子荧光仪测定菇类中砷(包括三价砷、二甲基砷、一甲基砷、五价砷)的形态分析,该法具有准确、灵敏、快速等优点。
Objective To explore the method of arsenic (including trivalent arsenic, dimethyl arsenic, monomethyl arsenic and pentavalent arsenic)speciation analysis in mushrooms determined by high efficiency liquid chromatography tandem atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Methods Arsenic in mushrooms(10) were determined by high efficiency liquid chromatography tandem atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Results The recoveries of arsenic( including trivalent arsenic, dimethyl arsenic DMA, monomethyl arsenic MMA and pentavalent arsenic) in mushrooms by high performance liquid chromatography tandem atomic fluorescence spectrometer ranged from 90.0% to 102.0% respectively and the detection limits were 0.038, 0.054, 0.075, 0.068 μg/L. The relative standard deviations were from 1.9% to 4.2% respectively. Conclusion The method of arsenic( including trivalent arsenic, dimethyl arsenic(DMA) monomethyl arsenic(MMA) and pentavalent arsenic) speciation analysis in mushrooms determined by high efficiency liquid chromatography tandem atomic fluorescence spectrometer has the advantages of accuracy, agility, speediness and so on.
