摘要
通过大量数据,分析了人员落水事故的特点、类型及救援难点,介绍了间接救援、直接救援、潜水救援的方法以及装备要求和技术要点,为消防部门开展落水事故救援提供参考。
The difficulties of drowning accident rescue were analyzed by large amounts of data statistics. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics and types of drowning accidents,the methods, equipment requirements and technical essential of indirect rescue,direct rescue and diving rescue were introduced in detail to provide reference for fire forces.
