微RNA15至微RNA30分子在神经病理性疼痛发生机制中作用研究进展

摘要 背景已知微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)的表达与许多病理生理过程相关联,了解miRNA的异常表达导致神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain,NP)的具体机制具有重要意义。目的就miRNA15-miRNA30分子与NP的外周机制研究进展进行综述。内容概述NP的概念、miRNA15-miRNA30分子的作用机制及两者之间的关系。趋向研究miRNA15-miRNA30分子与NP关系有助于阐明其发生、发展机制,为进一步治疗提供新的靶点。 Background The expression of microRNA (miRNA) is known to be associated with many pathophysiological processes. Understanding the mechanisms by which abnormal expression of miRNA contribute to neuropathic pain (NP) is of great importance. Objective This review summarizes the recent advances in studies of the mechanisms of miRNA15-miRNA30 in NP. Content The article elucidates the concept of NP, miRNAs (15-30) regulation mechanisms in NP. Trend Studying relationships among major miRNA15-miRNA30 and NP is helpful to clarify the mechanism of NP occurrence and development and provide new targets for NP treatment.
