琉球汉籍《球阳》与《遗老说传》关系考

Research on the Relationship of Japan's Qiuyang Collection and Legend Told by Old Fogy

目前唯一存世的琉球汉文小说集《遗老说传》是琉球三大官修史书之一《球阳》的外卷。日本馆藏《遗老说传》多以写本形式流传,由于题名或系后人所补,忽略了其与《球阳》之间的关系,从而造成其书的散佚现象及版本情况的复杂性。此外,《遗老说传》收集的多为神话、传说或逸史等"小说家言",具有鲜明的文学文献属性,与《球阳》颇有差异。厘清《遗老说传》与《球阳》之间的异同,可揭示其作为文学文献的特征及价值。

Legend Told by Old Fogy is an additional volume of Qiuyang, which is one of the three official history books of Ryukyu. As it was spread mostly in the form of manuscripts, the title of Legend Told by Old Fogy might have been added by later generations, who neglected its relationship with Qiuyang, leading to the loss and complexity of the versions. Legend Told by Old Fogy is mainly a collection of myths, legends and unofficial records of history, characterized by a unique literature, which is different from Qiuyang. Studies on the versions of Legend Told by Old Fogy will help to clarify its internal relationship with Qiuyang, and can also reveal its literary characteristics and values.
