运用人像识别技术的公交重点人口监管方法与系统设计

摘要 将当前发展比较成熟的人像识别技术与现有城市公交运输信息系统进行深度嵌套融合,按照完善公安业务流程设计一种专门针对城市公交乘客重点人口的监管方法和系统。通过运用成熟的人像识别技术,按照"时空优先、动态监控"为原则,在公交车上下车门处安装接入公安机关重点人口数据库的网络高清摄像装置,利用视频结构化技术实时比对重点人口数据库,实现对城市公交乘客重点人口乘坐公交车过程的精准监控。该系统的开发与应用将显著提高重点人口动态监控精准度,有效维护公共交通出行治安秩序。 Combined the currently developed portrait recognition technology and the existing urban public transport information system, the supervision method and system are designed for the priority population of urban public transport passengers according to the improved public security business process. By using mature portrait recognition technology, network high definition camera devices, which access to the public security organ, are installed at the entrance and exit of the bus according to the principle of "priority of time and space, dynamic monitoring". The priority population on the bus is supervised accurately by using video structured technology which compares with the database in real time. The development and application of this system will greatly improve the precision of dynamic monitoring of priority population and maintain the public transportation and public security order effectively.
