This paper focuses on the new goals, new tasks and new requirements of employment of college graduates, analyzes the current employment situation of college graduates, discusses the difficulties and problems faced by college graduates in employment. Solving these problems is the key to stable, high quality and full employment. It requires the joint efforts of the govemment,universities, employers and college students.
