摘要 创新人才培养是高校适应经济社会发展必须肩负的重要使命。对高校创新人才培养效果开展绩效评价,能有效促进培养工作的开展。文章设计高校创新人才培养的绩效评价指标体系,根据德尔菲法、层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法,确定各指标权重,选取有效样本,对创新人才培养现状开展评价并分析其影响因素。通过此方法能对高校创新人才培养现状进行有效测评,以促进高校的培养工作并做出针对性改进。 The cultivation of innovative talents is an important mission for colleges and universities in order to adapt to the economic and social development. The performance evaluation of the effect of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities can effectively promote the development of the innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training. This paper designs a performance evaluation index system for the training of innovative talents in colleges and universities. Based on Delphi Method, AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, we determine the weight of each index, and calculate the specific results of the training effect of innovative talents in universities in Jiangsu Province, and analyze the influencing factors. Through this method, we can effectively evaluate the present situation of the training of innovative talents in colleges and universities, so as to improve the process of talents cultivation in colleges and universities.
