摘要
本研究从自主进餐的价值、形式以及存在的问题等方面,对国内外相关研究进行了梳理。在此基础上,建议教师提供充足的物质条件保障自主进餐的开展,在尊重幼儿自然身体线索的基础上制订相应用餐规则,注重自主进餐开展的层递性和结构性;建议研究者加强自主进餐的实证研究以及制订相应评估标准,长期跟踪评估自主进餐对幼儿发展的影响。
This article reviews the researches, both at home and abroad, on autonomous dining from the perspectives of its val- ue, format, and problems that exist.Based on the results of the review, some suggestions are put forward: teachers should provide sufficient material conditions to ensure the progress of autonomous dining, the corresponding dining rules should be drawn up on the basis of respecting the natural body cues of children, the hierarchy and the structure of autonomous dining should be also emphasized.In addition, the researchers should strengthen the empirical study of autonomous dining, set up corresponding evalu- ation criteria and carry out the long-term assessment of the influences of autonomous dining on the development of children.
