摘要
在学习型组织理论视域下,审视当前幼儿园教师专业发展存在的问题,并从制订职业发展规划、增强自我反思意识、明确组织发展目标、创设和谐文化氛围和把握整体发展方向等方面提出建议,以促进幼儿园教师专业发展。
Using learning organization, the authors analyzed current kindergarten teachers' professional development and dis- cussed the effective ways of teachers' professional development from the following aspects: making professional development plan, raising self reflection awareness, clarifying organizational development goals, creating harmonious cultural atmosphere, and maintaining the overall development.
