学习型组织理论视域下幼儿园教师专业发展路径探析

Ways of Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Development from the Perspective of Learning Organization

在学习型组织理论视域下，审视当前幼儿园教师专业发展存在的问题，并从制订职业发展规划、增强自我反思意识、明确组织发展目标、创设和谐文化氛围和把握整体发展方向等方面提出建议，以促进幼儿园教师专业发展。

Using learning organization, the authors analyzed current kindergarten teachers＇ professional development and dis- cussed the effective ways of teachers＇ professional development from the following aspects： making professional development plan, raising self reflection awareness, clarifying organizational development goals, creating harmonious cultural atmosphere, and maintaining the overall development.
