A Review of Finland National Early Childhood Education Plan

2016年10月，芬兰国家教育委员会颁布了新的《早期儿童教育计划》，其颁布与实施标志着芬兰早期儿童教育正在稳步前进。研究者对芬兰《早期儿童教育计划》的颁布背景、主要内容及特点进行了阐释，以期为我国学前教育的发展带来一些启示。

In October 2016, the National Education Commission of Fin]and issued a new Early Childhood Education Plan, which indicates the stable progress Fin]and has made in early childhood education. This paper reviews the background of the plan, its major content and features to provide some inspiration for the development of early childhood education in China.
