摘要
某石化公司热电厂循环流化床锅炉二次风机使用的是调速型液力耦合器,需要对二次风液力耦合器转速进行测量,优化锅炉内部的燃烧环境。原测速装置测量精度低,转速信号波动大。应用新型智能测速装置后,能够准确的测量风机的转速,误差达到±2 r/min,满足生产控制要求。
In the thermal power plant of a petrochemical company, the secondary air blower of the circulating fluidized bedboiler used the Variable speed hydraulic coupler. It is necessary to make measurement to the hydraulic coupler rotation speed of the secondary air blower and optimize the internal combustion environment of the air boiler. The measurement accuracy of the original device was low, and its rotation speed signal fluctuation was high. After application of intelligent speed measuring device, the rotation speed of the air blower can be accurately measured, the error reached ±2 r/min, and this meet the production control requirement.
