摘要
对单轴受弯的冷弯薄壁方矩形钢管的局部稳定承载力设计方法展开研究。基于试验验证的非线性有限元建模方法,对不同宽厚比和高宽比组配下的单轴受弯方矩形截面钢构件进行参数分析,探究翼缘和腹板的相关作用和应变强化对构件局部屈曲的影响情况。采用等效变形的概念,提出将连续强度法(CSM)应用于冷弯薄壁方矩形钢构件的设计。通过建议承载力计算式与试验、有限元模拟结果及各国规范方法的比较,证明连续强度法的有效性。
A new design method of local bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel tube subjected to uniaxial bending was studied. For investigating the interaction between flange and web,and the effect of strain hardening on the local buckling of members,the parametric analysis of the rectangular bending process of rectangular steel members with different width-thickness ratios and different aspect ratios was carried out,based on the nonlinear finite element modeling method verified by experimental results. The continuous strength method(CSM) was applied to cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel members,in which the concept of equivalent deformation capacity was adopted. The effectiveness of the continuous strength method was proved by comparing the proposed formula with the experimental results,the finite element simulation results and the standard methods of various countries.
