装配式门形支撑钢框架抗侧刚度理论分析 被引量:1

THE THEORETICAL ANALYSIS ON LATERAL STIFFNESS OF PREFABRICATED STEEL FRAME HOUSES WITH GATE-SHAPED BRACES

摘要 装配式门形支撑钢框架结构(P-SFG)体系是由支撑体系和铰接钢框架组成的可用于低层房屋的一种快速建造钢结构体系,支撑体系承受水平荷载,铰接框架承受竖向荷载,是一种承重与抗侧功能相分离的新型结构形式。抗侧刚度的计算是该体系推广应用的关键,为得到该体系抗侧刚度计算式,依据结构力学基本假定,通过PSFG体系简化计算模型,给出抗侧刚度计算式,利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行验证,给出了计算式的修正系数,并从工程角度对计算式进行了简化。结果表明:P-SFG体系传力途径明确,节点构造简单,便于装配化施工,具有良好的承重和抗侧性能;理论公式计算与有限元分析结果吻合,因此所提出的抗侧刚度简化计算式可用于结构计算与分析。 The structure system of prefabricated steel frame houses with new gate-shaped braces(P-SFG) is a rapid construction of steel structure system that consists of a bracing system and a hinged steel frame,that can be used for lowrise housing. The bracing system bear the lateral load and the hinged steel frame bear the vertical load,so this is a new structural form of separation of bearing and resisting the lateral force. The calculation of lateral stiffness is the key to the application of the system,in order to get the formula for calculating the lateral stiffness of the system,the calculation formula of lateral stiffness was obtained through the simplified calculation model of P-SFG system based on the basic mechanics principle. The correction coefficient of the formula was given through the analysis by finite element softwareABAQUS,and the rationality of the simplified model was verified. The formula was simplified from the engineering viewpoint. The results showed that the P-SFG system had the features of simple path of force transfer,the joint structure was simple,and it was convenient for assembling construction,and having a good load-bearing and lateral performance; the theoretical formula calculation results agreed well with the finite element analysis results,so it could be calculated and analyzed in practical engineering by using the simplified formula proposed in the paper.
