摘要
目的探讨超敏肌钙蛋白I(hs-cTnI)表达水平与急性心肌梗死(AMI)梗死面积及严重程度的相关性。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月在宝鸡市人民医院接受治疗的100例AMI患者为研究对象,根据梗死面积不同分为小面积、中面积和大面积梗死组。收集患者入院0和3 h血清,检测hs-cTnI含量,计算梗死面积。患者择期行冠脉造影,计算出Syntax分值以确定AMI严重程度。分别对患者血清中hs-cTnI与梗死面积指数、Syntax分值进行相关性分析。结果中面积梗死组hs-cTnI水平高于小面积梗死组,大面积梗死组hs-cTnI水平高于小、中面积梗死组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中症组hs-cTnI水平高于轻症组,重症组hs-cTnI水平高于轻症、中症梗死组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);hs-cTnI与梗死面积、严重程度呈正相关(r=0.723、0.661,P均<0.05)。结论AMI患者血清中的hs-cTnI含量与梗死面积、患者严重程度有较好的相关性,可评估患者病情,对患者治疗和预后有临床价值。
Objective To investigate the correlation between hypersensitive troponin I (hs- cTnI) and infarct size and severity in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled in this study. Serum samples were collected at 0 h and 3 h after admission to detect the content of hs- cTnI. Infarction area was calculated. For patients underwent coronary angiography, Syntax scores were calculated to determine the severity of AMI. Correlations of serum hs-cTnI, infarct area index and Syntax scores were analyzed. Results The hs-cTnI level in the middle infarction group was higher than that in the small infarction group; the hs-cTnI level in the large infarction group was higher than that in the small and medium infarction group (P〈0.05). hs-cTnI in the middle group was higher than that in the mild group. The level of hs-cTnI in the severe group was higher than that in the mild and middle infarction group (P〈0.05). The correlation coefficient between hypersensitive muscle protein and infarct size was 0.723 (P〈0.05). The correlation coefficient between hypersensitive muscle protein and severity was 0.661 (P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum level of hypersensitive muscle protein in patients with acute myocardial infarction has a good correlation with the infarct size and the severity of the patients. They can be used as a reference to evaluate the patient's condition and have certain value in the treatment and prognosis of the patients.
