黄曲霉毒素生物降解技术在反刍动物生产上的应用前景 被引量:4

摘要 饲料被霉菌毒素污染严重威胁动物健康和人类食品安全。牛采食被黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)污染的日粮后,被机体吸收的AFB1能在肝脏中代谢转化为黄曲霉毒素M1(AFM1),再转运和分泌到牛奶中。众所周知,AFM1为强致癌物,严重影响乳品质量安全,威胁人类健康。文章从青贮饲料霉菌毒素污染状况,黄曲霉毒素对反刍动物的危害,及黄曲霉毒素生物降解技术在反刍动物上的应用等方面进行综述,为进一步了解黄曲霉毒素的危害,采取切实可行的毒素消减措施,及保障人类食品安全提供理论指导。 Mycotoxin contamination in feed presents a serious threat to the safety of animal feed and human food all over the world. The absorbed aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) can be quickly transformed into AFM1 in liver of cattle and the AFM1 can be secreted into milk of cow after feeding the diet contami- nated with AFB1. It was reported that AFM1 was a strong carcinogen, which seriously affected the quality and safety of dairy products and threatened human health. This paper will review these contents included the contamination of mycotoxins in silage, the harm of aflatoxin to ruminants, and the application of biodegradation technology in ruminants. This will provide a theoretical guidance for further reducing the harm of aflatoxin to ruminants, taking effective action of mycotoxin detoxification and ensuring human food safety.
