The article presents the summary of experience of design for the HVAC system for pharmaceutical cleanroom plant, the design key point, including user requirement specification and process requirement specification, whether the product is special, which GMP requirement shall be followed, clean class requirement, temperature and humidity requirement; the air system character include： the system type definition, the selection of return air or exhaust, HVAC zoning strategy, contamination prevention, pressure control requirement, smoke exhaust character; the water system character; the energy saving measurement, including equipment selection, on duty mode, auto-control measurement, steam condensation recovery, fresh air treatment, 2nd time return air, the cooling/heating recovery.
