中医外治法治疗胃食管反流病的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of External Therapies of TCM in Treating Gastroesophageal Efflux Disease

目的：运用循证医学的方法对中医外治法治疗胃食管反流病（GERD）的临床疗效进行评价。方法：计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中国科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）、万方数据库、PubMed数据库中所有中医外治法治疗胃食管反流病的随机对照试验。采用RevMan 5.2软件进行资料统计分析。结果：共纳入14篇研究1047例患者,其中实验组531例,对照组516例。Meta分析结果显示：中医外治法治疗胃食管反流病在临床有效率及治愈率均明显优于对照组,复发率亦低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：中医外治法治疗胃食管反流病优于单纯用西药治疗,中医外治以其简便效廉的特点,在临床应用上具有良好的前景。但由于纳入的研究样本量偏少、文献质量低,这一结论还须经过高质量的随机对照研究进一步验证。

Objective： To systematically review the external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine for gastroesophageal efflux disease（GERD） by Meta-analysis. Methods： Randomized controlled trials（RCTs） of external therapies of TCM in treating gastroesophageal efflux disease were retrieved from the databases,such as CNKI,VIP,WANFANG and Pub Med. Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan5. 0 software. Results： A total of 14 trials involving 1047 patients were included,experimental group 531 and control group 516. Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,the external therapies of TCM in treating GERD treatment group had superiority in many aspects such as effective rate,recovery rate and recurrence rate and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： External therapies of TCM may be more beneficial in treating GERD compared with only western medicine treatment. With its simple and effective characteristics,it has a good prospect in clinical application. However,due to the lack of sample size and low quality of literature,this conclusion has to be further verified by high quality RCTs.
