补肺养心汤治疗肺心病心衰患者疗效观察

Effect of Bufei Xiexin Decoction in Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Failure

目的：观察补肺养心汤治疗肺心病心衰患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年10月—2017年10月期间本院收治的86例肺心病心衰患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,其中观察组43例（补肺养心汤＋西药治疗）,对照组43例（西药治疗）,治疗持续14 d。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的心输出量（CO）及动脉血氧分压（Pa O2）的变化。结果：观察组治疗有效率100.00%（43/43）,对照组90.70%（39/43）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的CO及Pa O2显著升高（P〈0.05）。治疗后上述指标的组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：补肺养心汤治疗肺心病心衰的临床疗效较为可靠。

Objective： To study the effect of Bufei Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary heart failure. Methods： From October 2014 to October 2017,86 patients were chosen as study objects,and all of them were divided into two groups randomly：43 patients in study group（Bufei Xiexin Decoction ＋ western medicine） and 43 patients in control group（western medicine）. The effect,CO and Pa O2 were compared between two groups. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 100%（43/43）,and that of the control group was 90. 70%（39/43）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Compared with those before treatment,the two groups＇ CO and Pa O2 of patients after treatment significantly increased（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,there was significant difference in the above indexes between groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Buyang Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary heart failure is reliable.
