丹红注射液联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死急性期疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Danhong Injection Combined with Edaravone in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的：探究丹红注射液联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死急性期的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取本院2015年2月—2017年2月收治急性脑梗死患者86例作为研究对象,根据门诊号分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。对照组仅给予依达拉奉治疗,研究组给予丹红注射液联合依达拉奉治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损NIHSS（Nationnal Institute of Health stroke scale）、日常生活活动能力量表（Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL）、药物不良反应以及实验室评价指标选取空腹血浆同型半胱氨酸（homocysteine,Hcy）和纤维蛋白原（fibrinogen,FIB）水平。结果：研究组和对照组临床总治疗效果分别为95.35%和88.37%,由此可以看出研究组略高于对照组,组间存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组治疗后NIHSS评分、ADL评分优于对照组,组间对比存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）;治疗后研究组FIB水平和血浆Hcy水平指数明显优于对照组,组间对比存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：丹红注射液联合依达拉奉治疗可明显改善急性脑梗死患者临床症状,降低神经功能缺损评分,提高患者日常生活活动能力,尤其是对伴有同型半胱氨酸血症的脑梗死患者具有较好的临床效果。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong Injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods： Eighty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction from February 2015 to February2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the outpatient number,the study group and the control group were divided into 43 cases. The control group was treated with edaravone alone. The rats in the study group were treated with Danhong Injection combined with edaravone treatment. The NIHSS（Nationnal Institute of Health stroke scale） and the daily living activity scale（Hlu） and fibrinogen（FIB） were measured by radioimmunoassay（ADL）,adverse drug reaction and laboratory evaluation indexes were recorded and compared. Results： The total therapeutic effect of the study group and the control group was 95. 35% and88. 37% respectively. It was found that the study group＇s was slightly higher than the control group＇s and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The NIHSS score difference was significant（P〈0. 05）. The level of FIB and plasma Hcy level in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Danhong Injection combined with edaravone can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute cerebral infarction,reduce neurological deficit score,improve the ability of daily life activities,especially has a good clinical effect on patients with cerebral infarction associated with homocysteinemia.
