艾灸联合米乐祛痛贴治疗肩周炎对患者疼痛感受、关节功能评分的影响

Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Mile Pain-relieving Paste on Pain Perception and Joint Function Score in Patients with Frozen Shoulder

目的：探讨艾灸联合米乐祛痛贴治疗肩周炎对患者疼痛感受、关节功能评分的影响。方法：选取2016年7月—2018年1月就诊于本院的肩周炎患者共77例作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组（39例）和对照组（38例）,给予对照组单纯米乐祛痛贴治疗,实验组则采用艾灸联合米乐祛痛贴治疗,比较两组治疗后疼痛及关节功能改善情况。结果：治疗前两组患者VAS评分比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）;治疗后实验组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗前肩关节功能评分比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）;治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善,但实验组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗总有效率比较,实验组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：艾灸联合米乐祛痛贴治疗肩周炎效果显著,可帮助患者快速缓解肩关节疼痛、提高关节活动度,治疗无副作用,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of moxibustion combined with Mile Pain-relieving Paste on the pain perception and joint function scores in patients with frozen shoulder. Methods： A total of 77 patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated in our hospital from July 2016 to January 2018 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into experimental group（39 cases）and control group（38 cases）. The patients were treated with pain relief,while the experimental group was treated with moxibustion combined with Mile Pain-relieving Paste. The pain and joint function improvement after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results： There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment（P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the experimental group＇s was significantly lower than the control group＇s（P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the scores of shoulder joint function before treatment between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,all improved significantly compared with those before treatment,but the experimental group＇s was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. The total treatment efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The combination of moxibustion and Mile Pain-relieving Paste has a significant effect on the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,which can help patients quickly relieve pain in shoulder joints,increase the degree of joint motion,and have no side effects. It is safe and worthy of promotion.
