中药复方辨证论治类风湿性关节炎临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress on Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Compound Chinese Medicine Formulae

类风湿性关节炎是临床较为常见的自身免疫性疾病,其病情反复发作,常累及全身器官,属于临床疑难病,严重影响人体健康,已受到高度关注。近年来中医药对其研究日益深入,中药复方治疗类风湿性关节炎的独特优势不断凸显。文章结合近5年有关中药复方制剂治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床研究报道,基于辨证论治视角进行综述,为今后防治本病提供一定参考依据。

RA is a common autoimmune disease in clinical practice and it is a recurrent and clinical difficult disease,involving the body organs and seriously affecting human health and it has been highly concerned. In recent years,TCM research on RA is more and more in-depth. The unique advantages of TCM prescription for treating rheumatoid arthritis appear constantly. In this paper,combined with the clinical research reports on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by TCM in the past 5 years,based on the perspective of syndrome differentiation and treatment,this paper provides a reference for the prevention and treatment of RA.
