摘要
[目的]建立测定除草定·丁噻隆颗粒剂及悬浮剂含量的分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水作为流动相(体积比45∶55),使用XDB-C18不锈钢柱和VWD测器,在265 nm波长下对试样中的除草定和丁噻隆进行分离和定量。[结果]除草定和丁噻隆的线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9999,标准偏差在0.04~0.21,变异系数为0.27%~2.23%,平均回收率为98.28%~101.88%。[结论]该方法操作简单,分离效果好、准确度和精密度高,可用于除草定·丁噻隆10%颗粒剂及250 g/L悬浮剂的定量分析。
[Aims] The HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of bromacil·tebuthiuron GR and SC was established. [Methods] The separation and determination of bromacil and tebuthiuron in the samples were conducted by HPLC, using the mixture of methanol and water as mobile phase(45∶55, by vol) on XDB-C18 column, with VWD detector at 265 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients for bromacil and tebuthiuron were 0.9998 and 0.9999,the standard deviations were 0.04-0.21, the variation coefficients were 0.27-2.23%, the average recoveries were98.28-101.88%. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, good separating effect, high precision and accuracy, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of bromacil·tebuthiuron 10% GR and 250 g/L SC.
