草莓中5种农药消解动态及检测方法初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]对噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、乙基多杀菌素、十三吗啉、咪鲜胺等5种农药在草莓中的消解动态及检测方法进行初步研究。[方法]乙腈提取,石墨化碳黑和伯仲胺净化,UPLC-MS/MS检测。[结果]5种农药在0.01~0.2 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,0.02~1.5 mg/kg添加浓度范围内,回收率、精密度均满足分析方法要求。另外初步得到5种农药在草莓中的半衰期。[结论]吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、乙基多杀菌素、咪鲜胺的残留值符合国家和组织已制定的最大残留限量,十三吗啉由于已制定农药残留限量值为临时限量标准,需做进一步研究。 [Aims] The preliminary study of the degradation and detection methods in strawberries for thiamethoxam,imidacloprid, tridemorph, spinetoram, prochloraz was couducted. [Methods] The sample were extracted with acetonitrile,then purified by GCB and PSA, and detected by UPLC-MS/MS. [Results] The five calibration curves were good linears in the concentrations range of 0.01 to 0.02 mg/kg. Within the concentration range of 0.02 to 1.5 mg/kg, the recovery rate and precision met the requirements of the analysis method. At the same time, the half-lives of 5 pesticides in strawberry were preliminarily obtained. [Conclusions] The residue values of thiamethoxam, imidacloprid,tridemorph and prochloraz are consistent with the countries and organizations that have established the maximum residue limit, and the spinetoramneeds to be further studied because the pesticide residue limit is set as the temporary limit.
