Determination of Prohexadione Calcium Residues in Peanut and Soil by UPLC-MS/MS

摘要 [目的]建立超高效液相色谱-质谱联用检测花生和土壤中调环酸钙残留量的方法。[方法]样品通过酸性乙腈提取,提取液浓缩后经UPLC-MS/MS检测。[结果]调环酸钙在0.005~1 mg/L范围内线性相关系数1.00,调环酸钙在花生植株、花生仁和花生壳和土壤中的回收率分别为93%~107%、93%~102%、88%~104%和90%~106%,相对标准偏差分别为1.4%~3.3%、2.0%~5.5%、1.5%~4.3%和1.3%~3.0%。[结论]建立了适用于花生及土壤中调环酸钙残留检测方法,具有简便、准确的特点。 [Aims] An analytical method was established to determine prohexadione calcium residues in peanut and soil by UPLC-MS/MS. [Methods] The samples were extracted with acidic acetonitrile, and the extracts were concentrated and detected by UPLC-MS/MS. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 1.00 in the range of 0.005-1 mg/L. The recoveries of prohexadione calcium were 93-107%, 93-102%, 88-104% and 90-106% in peanut plant, peanut kernel and peanut shells and soil with relative standard deviations of 1.4-3.3%, 2.0-5.5%, 1.5-4.3% and 1.3-3.0%, respectively.[Conclusions] The method is simple and precise, which is suitable for determination of prohexadione calcium residues in peanut and soil.
