Discussion on IPR(Intellectual Property Right) Management and Patent Standardization of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

加入WTO,意味着我国融入全球经济;"一带一路"倡议的实施,是我国为世界经济发展提供的解决方案。在这种背景下,广大中小企业不可避免地要融入国内、国际2个大市场。在介绍知识产权管理及专利标准化基本知识的前提下,分析中小企业知识产权管理的主要任务、特点、策略、重点及难点,以及专利标准化的机遇与挑战,指出知识产权保护和标准专利化对中小企业的重要作用。

Joining the WTO means that China has integrated into the global economy. The implementation of the ＂the Belt and Road＂ Initiative, is a solution offered by China for world economic development. In this context, manysmall and medium-sized enterprises will inevitably integrate into both domestic and global markets. Based on an in-troduction to essentials concerning IPR management and patent standardization, the Article analyses the main tasks,features, strategies, key points and difficulties in the IPR management of small and medium-sized enterprises, as wellas opportunities and challenges of patent standardization, pointing out the influential role of IPR protection and patentstandardization for small and medium-sized enterprises.
