导乐陪伴改善初产妇疼痛感知和产程时间的效果分析

目的分析导乐陪伴改善初产妇疼痛感知和产程时间的效果。方法选择2015年8月~2017年5月本院经阴道分娩的6 3例初产妇,随机分为对照组(31例)和观察组(32例)。对照组常规行经阴道分娩助产及护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加导乐陪伴,观察两组初产妇疼痛感知和各产程时间情况。结果观察组初产妇第一(6.24±1.78)分、第二(7.89±2.35)分、第三产程(5.49±1.34)分VAS疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(7.98±1.54)分、(9.01±0.86)分、(6.78±1.55)分,组间差异P<0.05。观察组初产妇第一(5.68±1.71)h、第二(0.61±0.21)h、第三产程(7.24±1.86)h用时均显著低于对照组(8.2 5±1.5 4)h、(1.41±0.34)h、(10.32±3.14)h,组间差异P<0.05。结论初产妇围产期应用导乐陪伴,可有效改善疼痛感知,并缩短产程时间,临床应用效果良好。
