1.5~2.5岁发育性运动失语儿童语言干预效果分析

Effect analysis on 1.5~2.5 years children language intervention with developmental aphasia

摘要 目的评价综合康复治疗发育性运动失语儿童效果。方法 2015年1月~2016年4月,儿童医院康复中心接收1.5~2.5岁发育性运动失语儿童84例,按照家属意愿顺序分组。观察组42例,进行强化康复治疗,对父母进行教育,传授语言干预教学理念、方法,根据年龄安排不同的康复策略。对照组42例,常规康复治疗,推荐自行学习,鼓励父母与幼儿进行交流。结果第36个月,观察组的符号形式与指示内容关系合格,基础性过程合格交流态度合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化康复治疗有助于提升1.5~2.5岁发育性运动失语幼儿语言能力。 Objective To evaluate com- prehensive rehabilitation effect in the treatment of developmental aphasia children.Methods To select 84 children on 1.5 -2.5 years with developmental aphasia from 2015.1 to 2016.4 and divide them averagely based on their family wishes.Observation group were given intensive rehabilitation therapy,parents were educated,teaching intervention and teaching methods were adopted,and different rehabilitation strategies were arranged.Control group were given routinely rehabilitative,and self-study,encourage parents to communicate with children. Results At 36th months,the relationship between the sign form and the directive content in the observation group was qualified.The qualified rate of the basic process was higher than control group.The difference was statistically signifieant(P〈0.05). Conc I us i on Intensive rehabilitation therapy for developmental aphasia at 1.5 ~ 2.5 years old is helpful to improve children's language ability.
