2016年某医院门诊药房口服抗高血压药用药分析

目的了解某医院(以下简称"该院")门诊药房口服抗高血压药应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用金额排序和限定日剂量分析方法,对2016年该院门诊药房口服抗高血压药的品种、销售金额、用药频度和限定日费用等进行统计分析。结果 2016年该门诊药房口服抗高血压药的销售总金额为476.88万元,其中钙通道阻滞剂(calcium channel blocker,CCB)、复合制剂(ARB与利尿剂)的销售金额排序居前两位,且其销售金额占比分别为39.10%、24.25%;用药频度前2位的CCB(苯磺酸氨氯地平)和复方制剂(厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片)。结论该院门诊药房口服抗高血压药使用基本合理,临床多优先选择CCB、复方制剂和ARB,并倾向选择长效制剂。

Objective To investigate the application of oral antihypertensive agents in outpatient pharmacy of One Hospital （hereinafter referred to as ＂the hospital＂ ） and to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic. Methods Amount ranking and defined daily dose （DDDs） were adopted to analyze the categories, consumption sums, DDDs and defined daily cost（DDC） of oral antihypertensive agents in outpatient pharmacy in the hospital during 2016. Results The consumption sum of oral antihypertensive agents in outpatient pharmacy in the hospital during 2016 was 4.7688 million.While the consumption sum of calcium channel blocker （CCB） and compound preparations （ARB＋ diuretic） ranked the top 2.The sales of these two kinds of drugs accounted for 39.10% and 24.25% of the consumption sum respectively. CCB （amlodipine benzoate） and compound preparations （erbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets） were in the top 2 in DDDs. Cone I us ions Application of anfihypertensive agents in the hospital were basically reasonable.Commonly used antihypertensive drugs in the hospital are CCB, compound preparations and ARB, long-time preparations are more tend to be chosen.
