《医学入门万病衡要》研究

Study of “Yixue Rumen Wanbing Henyao”

[目的]对《医学入门万病衡要》进行研究,考证其现存版本信息、作者生平,阐述其主要内容及学术思想。[方法]采用文献学的方法考证《医学入门万病衡要》的版本、作者、内容。通过比较《医学入门万病衡要》《苍生司命》《方症会要》等书中的医论及附方,推理三书之间可能存在的关系。[结果]《医学入门万病衡要》由明末清初新安医家洪正立编著,龚廷贤原辑之说应为误传。现存三个版本,清顺治十二年乙未(1655年)序刻本为日本二刻本的底本。该书以病证分门,记载内科与妇科各病证的医论与治疗方药,以继承虞抟《苍生司命》的理论内容为主,另择附方编入,后世吴迈的《方症会要》可能与洪氏之书存在一定关系,但更与《苍生司命》有着直接的关系。[结论]《医学入门万病衡要》的作者是新安医家洪正立,全书理论继承自虞抟,是一本普及性的医著,在医论和方剂的编排上体现出洪氏自身的学术思想。

[Objective]Research on ＂Yixue Rumen Wanbing Hengyao＂. [Method]Using philological methods to verify the version, author, and content of ＂ Yixue Rumen Wanbing Henyao＂ and the relationship with the two books ＂Cangsheng Siming＂ and ＂Fangzheng Huiyao＂. [Resuh]＂Yixue Rumen Wanbing Hengyao＂was edited by HONG Zhengli, a Xin＇an physician from the late Ming Dynasty to the beginning of the Qing Dynasty. The saying of Gong Tingxian＂s original collection should be misrepresented. There are four existing editions.The 2 Japanese editions were based on Shunzhi edition. The book＂s main content is inheriting the theoretical content of the ＂Cangsheng Siming＂ , but with other prescriptions. WU Mai＂s ＂Fangzheng Huiyao＂ may have a relationship with Hong＇s book, but it is even more relevant to ＂Cangsheng Siming＂. [Conclusion]＂Yixue Rumen Wanbing Hengyao＂ was written by HONG Zhengli. The theory part of this book is inherited from Yutuan. HONG＂s own academic ideas are reflected in the formulation of medical theories and prescriptions.
