0.0015%他氟前列素滴眼液对原发性开角型青光眼患者眼压、眼血流动力学及血清细胞因子的影响

Effect of 0.0015% Tafluprost Eye Drops on IOP,Ocular Hemodynamics and Serum Cytokins in Patients with Primary Open Angle Glaucoma

目的探讨0.0015%他氟前列素滴眼液对原发性开角型青光眼患者眼压、眼血流动力学及血清细胞因子的影响。方法选取2015年5月~2017年4月于我院眼科就诊的86例原发性开角型青光眼患者为研究对象。按照随机数表法将所选患者分为对照组,观察组,各43例;对照组患者运用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液进行滴眼治疗,观察组患者采用0.0015%他氟前列素进行滴眼治疗,对比两组治疗前后眼压(IOP)、视网膜中动脉(CRA)、睫状体后动脉(PCA)眼血流动力学指标变化;以及IL-4、IL-6、IL-12等细胞因子水平变化。结果 (1)治疗前两组患者IOP无明显差异(P>0.05),随着治疗时间的延长,两组患者的IOP均明显下降,且观察组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗后两组CRA、PCA血流动力学指标较治疗前均有差异(P<0.05),治疗后PSV、EDV上升,RI下降,但对照组PSV、EDV上升程度以及RI下降程度均低于观察组(P<0.05);(3)治疗前两组IL-4、IL-6、IL-12水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组IL-4水平明显下降,且观察组明显对于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后IL-6、IL-12水平明显上升,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 0.0015%的他氟前列素治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者,其降眼压效果良好,安全性高,同时还可以改善患者的局部免疫水平。

Objective The study aimed to investigate the effect of 0.0015% Tafluprost eye drops on IOP,ocular hemodynamics and serum cytokins in patients with primary open angle glaucoma.Methods A total of 86 cases with primary open angle glaucoma in our hospital from May 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each group;the control group was given timolol maleate eye drops,the observation group was given 0.0015% Tafluprost eye drops.The IOP,CRA,PCA of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the IL-4,IL-6,IL-12 level changes were investigated.Results（1） Before treatment,there was no statistic significance in the IOP between the two groups（P〉0.05）,with the treatment prolonged,the IOP of two groups were all significantly declined,which of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;（2） After treatment,CRA,PCA indexes of the two groups had statistic significance compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）,after treatment,PSV,EDV were increased,RI was declined,the rising degree of PSV,EDV and the descent degree of RI were all lower than those in the observation group（P〈0.05）;（3） Before treatment,there was no statistic significance in the IL-4,IL-6,IL-12 levels between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,IL-4 levels of the two groups were declined,which of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;after treatment,IL-6、IL-12 levels of e observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion 0.0015% Tafluprost in the treatment of patients with primary open angle glaucoma can reduce the IOP,with higher safety,and it can also improve the local immunity.
