妊娠期糖尿病患者实施连续护理对妊娠结局的影响分析

Influence Analysis of Continuous Nursing in Pregnancy Outcome of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者实施连续护理对妊娠结局的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2016年6月~2017年6月60例妊娠期糖尿病患者分组,对照组进行常规化护理干预,实验组开展连续护理。比较两组妊娠期糖尿病患者对护理服务满意度;分析血糖达标时间、产妇治疗依从性,护理前后患者空腹下血糖监测值以及产妇和新生儿不良结局出现率。结果实验组妊娠期糖尿病患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组血糖达标时间、产妇治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组空腹下血糖监测值相近(P>0.05);护理后实验组空腹下血糖监测值优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组产妇和新生儿不良结局出现率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论连续护理在妊娠期糖尿病护理中的应用效果确切,可有效控制血糖,提升产妇治疗依从性和护理满意度,改善妊娠结局。

Objective This study aimed to investigate the influence of continuous nursing in pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected from Jun 2016 to Jun 2017,and were randomly divided into the control group（given routine nursing intervention）and the observation group（given continuous nursing）.The nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared;time of reaching target of glucose,treatment compliance of puerpera,FBG monitoring value and adverse outcome rate of puerpera and newborn of the two groups were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;time of reaching target of glucose,treatment compliance of puerpera in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;before nursing,FBG monitoring values of the two groups were similar（P〉0.05）;after nursing,FBG monitoring value of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The adverse outcome rate of puerpera and newborn in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Continuous nursing has a definite application effect in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,which can effectively control the blood glucose,improve treatment compliance of puerpera,nursing satisfaction degree and pregnancy outcome.
