摘要
新工业革命下的技术革新与人力资源匹配需要政府、产业、学校、社会等多元主体的协同。其中,技术型拔尖创新人才培养离不开来自产业界的企业与来自教育界的高校的协同努力。高校技术型拔尖创新师资既是人才的重要组成部分,也是面向产业培养优秀毕业生的重要力量。技术型拔尖创新人才培养需要发挥高校的知识资本、人力资本优势,也需要发挥产业的技术资本、物力资本优势,共同打造依托优势、合作共赢、协同运转的虚拟共同体。
Under the background of the new industrial revolution,the technological innovation and human resource matching requires the coordination of multiple entities such as government, industry, schools and society. Among them, the cultivation of technical top-notch innovative talents is inseparable from the concerted efforts of enterprises and universities. The university＇s top-notch innovative teachers are not only an important part of talents, but also an important force for the industry to train outstanding graduates. The cultivation of technological innovative talents needs to give full play to the intellectual capital and human capital advantages of colleges and universities. It is also necessary to give full play to the technological capital and material capital advantages of the industry. It is a must to jointly create a virtual community that relies on advantages, win-win cooperation and coordinated operation.
