天津市高职院校章程建设调查研究

Route on Vocational College's Prospectus Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges of Tianjin

章程作为学校的办学依据,是各层各类学校办学的法律保障,高职院校完善章程建设工作,既是推进依法治校,响应十九大精神的需要,也是建立现代学校制度,满足学校长远发展的必然选择。通过调查天津市24所高职院校章程建设情况,分析已颁布的高职院校章程文本内容,探讨高职院校章程建设工作中存在的问题,并寻求解决问题的可行路径,以期为推动高职院校章程建设工作提供参考。

Constitution is the legal guarantee of all colleges and the basis of college running.The improvement of the constitution is not only the need to promote the management of the university of law and response to the spirit of the Nineteen National Congress, but also the establishment of a modern school system to meet the long-term needs of school. By investigating the construction of 24 higher vocational colleges in Tianjin, the paper analyzes the contents of the statutes of the higher Vocational schools promulgated, sums up the laws, finds the problems existing in the construction of the Articles of Association of Higher Vocational Colleges, and seeks the feasible ways, reference for promoting some references for promoting the construction.
