颈椎旁注射脉络宁复合液配合仰卧位手法牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical observation of nerve-root type cervical spondylosis treated with paravertebral injection of mailuoning complex and supine traction

目的观察颈椎旁注射脉络宁复合液配合仰卧位手法牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将120例神经根型颈椎病患者按照随机方法分为中药组60例和激素组60例。两组患者分别采用脉络宁复合液和复方倍他米松注射液颈椎旁注射配合仰卧位手法牵引治疗,每周治疗1次,4次为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效及疼痛情况,疼痛程度采用视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)评定。结果两组患者治疗后VAS评分与治疗前比较均有明显降低(P<0.05),且中药组患者治疗后VAS评分与激素组治疗后比较,降低更加明显(P<0.05)。中药组治愈率和总有效率与激素组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈椎旁注射脉络宁复合液配合仰卧位手法牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病,充分发挥了中西医结合方法的优势,同时避免了使用激素的副作用,具有操作简单,见效快,效果好,副作用少等优点,为治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效方法之一。

Objective To observe the clinical effects on nerve-root type cervical spondylosis treated with paravertebral injection of mailuoning complex and supine traction. Methods A total of 120 patients of nerve-root type cervical spondylosis were randomized into a Chinese herbal medicine group（60 cases） and a hormone group（60 cases）. The combined treatment with paravertebral injection of mailuoning complex and the supine traction and the combined treatment with the injection of compound betamethasone and the supine traction were used in the two groups respectively,once a week,4 treatments in one course. The clinical effects and pain degree were observed after treatment in the two groups. VAS was adopted for pain assessment. Results After treatment,VAS score was reduced apparently as compared with that before treatment in the two groups. VAS score in the Chinese herbal medicine group was reduced much more obviously than the hormone group（P〈0. 05）. The curative rate and the total effective rate in the Chinese herbal medicine group were different significantly as compared with the hormone group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment with paravertebral injection of mailuoning complex and the supine traction displays the advantages of the integration of Chinese and western medicine for nerve-root type cervical spondylosis,avoiding the side effects of hormone. This combined therapy is simple in operation,quick in onset time,good in effects and less in side effects. It is one of the effective approaches to the treatment of nerve-root cervical spondylosis.
